Resilience Factory Limited provides services and tools to help
individuals, teams and organizations navigate turbulence and deal with
disruptive change effectively. We both serve organizations directly as
well as certify change practitioners to use the world’s most utilized
methodology for measuring and developing personal resilience.
Personal Resilience Profile
Resilience Factory Limited utilizes Resilience
Alliance’s personal resilience methodology which is based on 20 years
of research by the President and founder of Resilience Alliance, Linda
Hoopes, in cooperation with ODR and its founder Daryl R. Conner, as
well as significant real-life application in hundreds of organizations
and with over 100 000 individuals. At the heart of the methodology is
Personal Resilience Profile which provides insight into an individual’s
resilience strengths and weaknesses, based on responses to a 75-item
online questionnaire
and comparisons to a database of over 70,000
individuals. Results can also be compiled and summarized for groups,
departments, and organizations. The tool is available in 11 languages.
Graduates of our certification process are qualified to use the tool in
individual and small-group settings, and practitioners can easily order
and download profiles using our online administration system.
TEAM SYNERGY AND TEAM RESILIENCE Profile
Resilience Factory certifies consultants, trainers
and coaches in using Resilience Alliance’s Team Synergy and Team
Resilience profiles. The profiles are based on research by the
President and founder of Resilience Alliance, Linda Hoopes. Team
Synergy accreditation is open for everyone interested in helping teams
become more energized and productive. Team Resilience accreditation is
for those who are already accredited in using the Personal Resilience
Profile and work with teams that have an important role in change.
Team Synergy and Team Resilience profiles provide an eye opener into
team’s strengths and weaknesses.
For a team to be resilient, it is not
enough just to have resilient
individuals in the team. If the team is not capable for synergistic
action, the team’s performance in the midst of change may be based on
the resilience profile of its least resilient individual. A synergistic
team combines the capabilities of its individuals in its strive towards
a common goal and is capable of achieving more than the combined
achievements of the team's individual members.
Profiles are based on normed responses to a 74-item online
questionnaire.
